Royal Rose Eyewear currently ships within the United States only.

Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You’ll receive a confirmation email after placing your order and tracking information when your order ships.

Estimated delivery
Standard delivery generally takes 7–20 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of carrier delays, weather, holidays, or destination.

Shipping charges
Any applicable shipping charge is displayed at checkout before payment.

Tracking
Tracking can take several business days to update after shipment. If your tracking hasn’t updated for 7 business days, contact info@royalroseeyewear.com.

Incorrect addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We can’t guarantee address changes after processing begins.

Lost, damaged, or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, or appears lost in transit, email info@royalroseeyewear.com with your order number and relevant photos so we can investigate.
